It’s an action initiated in combat, or after, its goal is to verify that the injured enemy soldiers are with no doubt dead, and they are no longer a threat on the combat force.
This installation is construct from uniforms used in the practice of multiple kinds of attacks, barehanded as well as soldiers and security personal dealing with numerous kinds of threats.
During military and civilian training, the main target is to teach the individual how to act under fire, how to build aggression. The ultimate end of each session is to verify neutralization confirmation ("dead-checking") on your target.
I see this practice as a way for the system to control and manipulate the individual; for the society to program its youth as machines, programmed for one purpose; and by doing so, the system confirms the neutralization of the individual. He is no longer an individual he is now part of the system.
